Sister Circle is for middle and high school girls navigating the complexities of adolescence — identity, relationships, school pressure, family stress, and everything in between. No matter where she’s starting from, she belongs here.
Two 45–60 minute one-on-one sessions each month with Amy. Personalized, focused, and built around your daughter’s specific goals and needs.
Four weekly one-on-one sessions for girls who need consistent, ongoing support. The deepest level of personalized mentoring we offer.
A monthly group gathering open to any middle or high school girl. Community, connection, and real conversation in a safe, facilitated space.

The Brotherhood is for middle and high school boys figuring out what it means to be a man in the world — handling pressure, building identity, and choosing the right path even when it’s hard. Every young man is welcome, exactly as he is.

Four times a year, Sister Circle and The Brotherhood come together. Because strengthening the village means strengthening all of us — together.
The Village Gathering is our quarterly mixed event where young men and women from Sister Circle and The Brotherhood join in community. These are intentional, facilitated experiences designed to build understanding, empathy, and shared accountability.
Amy and Coach O lead structured conversations on topics that matter to students today — navigating relationships, peer pressure, mental health, and what it really means to show up for your community.
Collaborative experiences that push students to problem-solve, lead, listen, and laugh together. These aren’t icebreakers — they’re growth tools designed to reveal character and build genuine connection.
Each Gathering includes a moment to honor growth — progress in the programs, milestones reached, and courage shown. The village shows up to celebrate each other.
If your teen is enrolled in Sister Circle or The Brotherhood, Village Gathering attendance is included as part of their community experience.

We facilitate Sister Circle and The Brotherhood onsite for middle and high school students throughout the school year. You provide the space and the students. We bring everything else.

Small-group sessions of 45 to 60 minutes, held at your location after dismissal, on a weekly or biweekly schedule that fits your calendar. Sister Circle and The Brotherhood can run concurrently or on alternating days. Engagements are typically a semester or a full school year, because consistency is what makes mentorship work.
Afterschool sessions at a single campus or across multiple sites. Rosters and participation summaries are built for federal program reporting, including McKinney-Vento, Title I, and Title IV-A.
Recurring mentorship for students already connected to your programming, hosted at your facility on a schedule that fits your calendar.
Sister Circle and The Brotherhood for your youth ministry, facilitated in your space and aligned with the values your community already teaches.
Group rates are set by scope rather than a published flat price, because one campus running biweekly and a district running six sites weekly are two different builds. Here is what we look at:

On transportation. For afterschool programming, the host site provides transportation home at the close of each session. For students experiencing housing instability, this is often the deciding factor in whether they can stay, and it is an allowable expense under McKinney-Vento and Title I. We settle this piece during planning.
